About The Position

The FNB Community Bank is seeking a Marketing professional to elevate its current marketing strategy. This leadership role is responsible for all aspects of Marketing, Communications, Event Planning, and Public Relations. The ideal candidate will be a versatile individual capable of building strong community relationships, understanding the customer base, implementing effective marketing strategies, and contributing to the development of products and services that meet customer needs.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in banking or finance.

  • Broad knowledge of bank products and services preferred.
  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, radio, email, events, print, etc.) to support and drive sales and customer acquisition goals, collaborating with third-party vendors as needed.
  • Allocate funds across various marketing platforms and mediums. Manage the full marketing department budget. Evaluate vendor advertising proposals, and negotiate rates and contracts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the bank, both internally and externally to ensure all communications reflect the bank’s voice, values, and commitment to our customers, clients, and employees. Conduct and support all public relations, local sponsorships, coordinating employee attendance of local events and event planning. Partner with managers to promote volunteer opportunities for employees.
  • Track campaign KPIs, evaluate return on investment, and use available data in decision making for campaigns and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Updating information on the website, working with our vendor to optimize user experience on the site. Creating content for the website to showcase our services, events, and local involvement.
  • Design and manage social media strategies to building customer engagement; all while maintaining compliance with the bank’s social media policy and procedures, assuring all forms of advertisement meet compliance requirements, and keeping records for bank audits and exams as required.
  • Assist in identifying our target markets, help to identify and develop products and services that fit those target markets. Working with leadership and the retail banking team on new product & service promotions and launches.
