We partner with healthcare payers to address maternal health disparities, deliver measurable outcomes, and reduce care costs. Mae is hiring a Market Lead and Client Success Manager to own and grow relationships with health plans. This is a high-ownership role responsible for managing payer performance, driving renewals, and expanding partnerships. You will work across teams to ensure our programs deliver measurable value to our partners. You will report to the VP of Payer Partnerships / Growth. This is a payer-facing, revenue-accountable role where you will own renewals, performance, and account growth. This is not a program coordination or care delivery role. You must be comfortable translating outcomes into business impact.
