About The Position

Client Success Lead Zifty is looking for a Client Success Lead to manage client relationships, deliver operational support, and drive long-term partner retention. You'll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal team ensuring a high-quality delivery experience from onboarding through ongoing partnership.

Requirements

  • Background in client success, account management, operations, logistics, hospitality, or customer support
  • Experience managing escalations and relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM or support platforms a plus

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and serve as their primary point of contact for questions, issues, and support
  • Develop communication schedules and conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong relationships
  • Monitor delivery performance, resolve escalations, and flag at-risk accounts to leadership
  • Coordinate with Operations and Support to address client concerns quickly and professionally
  • Maintain account documentation, training materials, and SOPs
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
