We are a growing premium logistics company searching for our next leader to take ownership of our Cleveland operation. Today, it's a smaller location with a tight-knit team, a handful of daily delivery routes, and unlimited opportunity. Tomorrow? That's up to you. This role requires rolling up your sleeves, working in the warehouse, recruiting delivery teams, learning every part of the business, solving problems daily, and leading from the front. Some days will involve unloading furniture, while others will include interviewing drivers, improving processes, coaching the team, or working directly with company leadership on growing the market.
