The Market Fulfillment Lead is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to gather market research and data, reviewing key performance indicators, and building action plans to improve performance. This role involves researching, evaluating, and analyzing data to identify operational and driver experience gaps, and then developing and implementing solutions to enhance program and process metrics. The Lead will manage process improvement projects, leverage data for insights, and understand all aspects of store fulfillment, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivering customer orders. They will drive the execution of business plans by identifying customer, provider, and operational needs, communicating plans and priorities, and removing obstacles to performance. This includes providing resources, setting performance standards, measuring progress, and developing contingency plans. The role also involves supporting driver supply and experiences through root cause analysis, identifying and escalating issues, and completing deliveries to understand pain points. Additionally, the Market Fulfillment Lead will support the implementation of digital change initiatives, mobile applications, and product launches, partnering with operators to ensure adoption and seamless execution through training and communication. They will also build strategies and provide recommendations for market share growth and digital product adoption, while monitoring compliance with company policies and providing feedback on laws impacting digital services.
