About The Position

The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for supporting the Physical Fulfillment team’s daily operations and ensuring departmental objectives are met. This role serves as an entry-level management position, guiding a small team and overseeing day-to-day workflows. The Fulfillment Lead provides hands-on support, coaching, and direction to team members while acting as a key point of contact between staff and higher management. This position is located in our Seattle HQ office.

Requirements

Typically, 1–3 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or senior team member role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage day-to-day operations and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience providing coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations of the Physical Fulfillment team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Guide, train, and mentor team members to support individual and team success.
Monitor team workflows and assist in improving processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Manage employee scheduling and timecards, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to policies.
Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members; assist in delivering performance reviews.
Serve as a point of contact for team questions, escalations, and operational support.
Communicate updates, goals, and priorities from leadership to the team.
Participate in hiring processes and provide input on candidate selection.
