Job Summary: The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This role leads a team of associates, coordinates workflow, and maintains high standards for inventory management, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 80 lbs for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Full-time position; may require evenings, weekends, or overtime during peak periods

  • Experience in large Warehouse settings
  • Working with Netsuite
  • IT experience / software / systems troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support fulfillment team members in picking, packing, and shipping orders
  • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and shipped within established timelines
  • Monitor daily workflow and adjust staffing or priorities to meet demand
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper handling procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., customer service, procurement, logistics) to resolve issues
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and error rates
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations
