We are looking for an enthusiastic Fulfillment Lead to join our team. You’ll be part of a talented group that collaborates to deliver world-class products to our customers. This is role that is responsible for mentoring and coaching employees working in the specific area of responsibility. This role is a working lead role, where it is necessary for the lead to also complete the applicable work on the job ticket and execute to the specific job requirements. Shifts available: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Requirements

  • a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the printing industry
  • the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
  • pay close attention to details on every project
  • have basic computer skills
  • be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
  • complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company and Customer quality standards
  • apply effective time management and self-management skills
  • understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
  • be able to quickly move from one project to other while dealing with a very stressful deadline
  • be flexible to change
  • able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization
  • willing to admit when you make a mistake (it happens to the best of us)

Responsibilities

  • process outbound customer orders
  • work closely with manager, and other shift leadership in prioritizing and directing department workflow
  • ensure assembly integrity through continuous monitoring of departmental processes
  • maintain appropriate levels of supplies to meet production requirements
  • monitor issues and receipts for work orders
  • complete and quality check each job according to ticket specifications, producing quality work
  • help the Fulfillment Manager determine headcount in the are to adjust for work volumes
  • learn existing equipment and train and learn on new equipment
  • troubleshoot production problems to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
  • perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management
