The Market Fulfillment Lead collaborates with stakeholders to gather market research and data, reviews key performance indicators, and develops action plans to enhance performance. This role involves researching, evaluating, and analyzing data to identify and address operational and driver experience gaps, and implementing solutions to improve program and process metrics. The lead will spearhead process improvement projects, leverage data for insights, and possess a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of store fulfillment, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivering customer/member orders across various channels. Responsibilities also include driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer, delivery service provider, and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans, and removing performance barriers. The position requires providing resources, setting performance standards, measuring progress, and adapting performance as needed, along with developing contingency plans and fostering continuous learning. The lead will set clear expectations and goals for team members, ensuring they have the necessary information, resources, and talent. A critical aspect is supporting driver supply and experience through root cause analysis and solutioning, identifying and escalating issues such as driver engagement gaps, incentive needs, or technology malfunctions. The role also involves completing deliveries to gain insight into driver and customer pain points, supporting the implementation and sustainment of digital change initiatives, mobile applications, digital roadmaps, and product launches within an assigned area. This includes partnering with operators to ensure seamless adoption through training, communication, and guidance, working on strategy execution, facilitating alignment across different workstreams, and determining resource requirements. The lead must react to changes in the retail environment, build strategies, and provide recommendations for market share growth and digital product adoption. Monitoring compliance with company policies and supporting the company's mission, values, and ethical standards are also key, including providing feedback on local laws impacting digital services.
