Responsibilities

Execute strategic calling plans and promote business opportunities to drive business development productivity and portfolio quality to meet financial targets.
Deliver knowledgeable advice and client solutions for existing and prospective customer relationships.
Engage relevant team members to deliver quality products and solutions.
Lead, manage and coordinate the team’s activity and evaluate the performance of the branch manager.
Maintain a pipeline of potential employees to staff positions as the bank grows within the market.
Enthusiastically support and model the bank’s core values and mission.
Encourage clients and their employees to maintain their personal banking with Movement Bank.
Ability to exercise judgement and raise questions to management and adhere to policy guidelines.
Follow developed policies and procedures and regulatory guidance.
Actively participate in community and professional networking events.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
