Responsibilities

• Execute strategic calling plans and promote business opportunities to drive business development productivity and portfolio quality to meet financial targets.
• Deliver knowledgeable advice and client solutions for existing and prospective customer relationships.
• Engage relevant team members to deliver quality products and solutions.
• Lead, manage and coordinate the team’s activity and evaluate the performance of the branch manager.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential employees to staff positions as the bank grows within the market.
• Enthusiastically support and model the bank’s core values and mission.
• Encourage clients and their employees to maintain their personal banking with Movement Bank.
• Ability to exercise judgement and raise questions to management and adhere to policy guidelines.
