Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Marketing Equipment Manager to join our team! Who We Are We are jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo. We have the exclusive rights to make, sell, and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states. We also create our own beverages, producing and distributing them to our customers’ warehouses nationally. And we make, sell, and distribute to our customers’ warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small, but growing part of our business. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with three (3) years of Food Service or Vending experience, Associates Degree with six (6) years of Food Service or Vending experience or ten (10) years of industry experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of vending, fountain, and cooler equipment and parts required.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience required.
• Valid NC driver’s license required.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Must be able to direct and motivate others.
• Must have good troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment.
• The ability to multi-task and set priorities is required.
• Must have numerical aptitude.
• Must have the ability to review and interpret P&L statements.
• Must be able to travel within territory 60%.
• Occasional overnight travel is required.
• Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all assigned territory to include delivery, install, and repair of both local and national accounts.
• Help develop plans to provide excellent customer service while maintaining budgets, managing assets and training and developing people.
• Oversees and negotiates of all food service equipment needs for PBV.
• Manages MES, Admin support & equipment schedulers to ensure customer service metrics are met.
• Manages productivity, quality, headcount, payroll, and labor costs.
• Training and developing people to include “Service That Sells”.
• Reports and SOP development for implementation.
• Oversees equipment and parts inventory and process management.
• Other duties as assigned.
