The Market Director of Business Development will oversee admissions and business development for two inpatient hospitals and levels of care in the local area: Critical illness recovery and inpatient rehabilitation. Success in this role is achieved via the following goals: Consistently attain market ADC and admissions budgets Select, train and mentor a liaison and admissions team that is clinically astute, detail-oriented, highly accountable and customer-service driven Refine and deploy business development best practices across both levels of care Ensure that admissions processes are efficient and consistent in getting appropriate patients into the best level of care within the market Build and nurture collaborative internal and external physician relationships Promote positive brand recognition within the market by tactfully using social media to celebrate hospital, patient, and employee success Lead by example in work ethic, integrity, accountability and patient-centricity
