As a Market Development Representative, you and your team will play a pivotal role in our success story. The role involves crafting and managing innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, ensuring Sazerac brands soar in market share. You will use consumer and category trends to educate customers, solve challenges, and skyrocket sales, leading distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution. The position helps achieve volume objectives for core brands and implements strategic programs that deliver on distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional goals. Developing mutually valuable rapport with assigned customers by understanding their needs and requirements is crucial. You will also serve as the communication lead between key customers, wholesalers, and the internal team, and monitor established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent goal achievement.
