As a Market Development Manager, you are the face of our mission in the community—driving sustainable patient volume through disciplined referral development and high-impact relationship management. This role is measured by conversion, referral quality, and the real-world impact on our mission and ethical standards. You will build and maintain referral relationships, own a defined territory, execute daily field discipline with a minimum of four (4) in-person referral partner touches per business day, log all activity in the CRM within 24 hours, optimize patient access by partnering with clinical leaders to improve referral-to-arrival conversion and reduce LWOBE, support market expansion by aligning outreach with payer strategies and new clinic launches, ensure full compliance with all healthcare regulations and Mind24-7 standards, and report directly to the VP of Growth with a dotted line to the COO.
