Market Development Manager - Restoration Services
About The Position
K-Tech Kleening & Restoration Systems is hiring a Market Development Manager to grow referral business across North Central Wisconsin. This role offers a $50,000 base salary, uncapped commission, and an earning potential of $100,000+. The primary focus is on building relationships with referral partners such as property managers, facility managers, insurance agents and adjusters, plumbers, HVAC contractors, general contractors, commercial property owners, and local business leaders. The success of this role is directly tied to the relationships developed and the business generated from those partnerships. While there is a solid base salary, the significant earning potential comes from commission based on the work referred to K-Tech.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Comfort prospecting and meeting new people face-to-face
- The discipline to work a territory independently and keep your CRM current
Nice To Haves
- Restoration or property damage experience. We can teach you the restoration side.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new referral partners and walking into businesses to introduce K-Tech
- Meeting decision-makers face-to-face
- Following up with the people you've already met
- Showing up at local networking and industry events
- Tracking your pipeline and activity in CRM
- Working with operations when a lead becomes an active project
