GALLO Winery is seeking a Market Development Manager – On Premise Wine & Spirits to grow the presence and performance of our brands in restaurants, bars, hotels and other on ‑ premise accounts. You’ll work closely with distributor partners to execute monthly programs, coach reps and district managers, close distribution gaps, and strategically prioritize time and resources where they deliver the most impact. Success comes from clear decision ‑ making, strong relationship building, and a data ‑ driven approach—using tools like Account 360 and sales performance data to identify pricing, placement and promotional opportunities and to recommend actions to management. This role is collaborative and entrepreneurial: you’ll lead training, kickoffs, local activations and crew drives, coordinate marketing materials with Commerce Marketing, support digital commercialization and consumer events, and represent GALLO in the community. You’ll manage travel and business expenses responsibly, support recruiting initiatives as needed, and ensure on ‑ premise pricing aligns with state brand guidance. You’ll make choices that balance motivating, training and supporting distributor teams based on business rhythms and account potential, and you’ll bring curiosity, initiative and ownership to continually improve results.
