  • Exceptional executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of independently driving long-range campaign planning.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • History of transitioning advanced communications technologies into Air Force or Space Force programs or fielding efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage senior-level relationships across AFLCMC, SSC, operational MAJCOMs, and Space Force Deltas to influence requirements and secure advocacy for Silvus networking technologies.
  • Position Silvus within joint and service-driven future architectures including: Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), Operational Imperative initiatives, Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), and resilient/contested communications for air and space missions.
  • Drive alignment to capability roadmaps supporting distributed airborne networks, beyond-line-of-sight C2, autonomous systems, and multi-security transport.
  • Serve as the senior “market anchor” across Air & Space Force pursuits, ensuring coordinated engagement among Strategic Growth, DoD Sales, OEM/Prime Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Synchronize advocacy strategies with Motorola Solutions and MSI Government Affairs to support planning, programming, and budget influence activities.
