About The Position
The position works in a professional café and hotel environment and supports a high-quality guest experience. Responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee, espresso, and other café beverages to established recipes and standards; accurately taking and fulfilling customized guest orders; maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked café area; assisting with light food preparation and plating; restocking food and beverage items; and operating point-of-sale systems. The role also involves welcoming guests, communicating with team members and management, supporting other restaurant and hotel staff as needed, and performing other duties assigned by supervisors. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Ability to learn new drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
- Positive, self-driven attitude focused on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean, orderly, and stocked work environment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including frequent standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, and reaching.
