Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or current student status preferred.
- Basic math and counting skills, clear communication, and comfort learning a cash register.
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25–30 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and help locate store items.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, scan merchandise, and process cash, and credit transactions.
- Count drawer funds at the start and end of shifts, calculate exact change, and reconcile daily sales.
- Stock shelves, face products, and keep the counter and checkout areas neat.
- Handle basic returns, any assigned duties or assist with light cleaning.
