About The Position

OneDigital is seeking a motivated team player to join our Commercial Lines department as a Market Analyst. This individual will work directly with Account Managers, Client Executives and Insurance Companies. OneDigital has built its company from the ground up, standing alongside business owners and providing peace of mind through risk management. Requirements

Experience with Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems as applicable.
Proficiency in Applied / Epic or ability to learn these programs.
Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks.
Strong respect for confidentiality and attention to detail.
Strong Time Management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain market submissions ensuring accurate and timely transfer of information between OneDigital team and insurance companies.
Access insurance company websites to quote new and renewal insurance business.
Correspond with insurance carriers to obtain loss history reports, experience modification worksheets, and finalized proposals.
Update the Epic agency management system to reflect all correspondence and results.
Offer current market guidance to Account Managers and Client Executives.
Attend in-person and virtual meetings/trainings/special events held by insurance companies and take notes to share essential information with the department.
Create and distribute Certificates of insurance.
Assist with other projects as assigned by manager.
