About The Position

CenterWell is seeking a Market Administrative Assistant who has experience supporting executive level leadership to join the team as an Administrative Assistant working hybrid. This is a Hybird position within the Virginia market. As a Market Administrative Assistant you will report to the Market President.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple senior level executives in a large and complex organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint to include office suite of technology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in navigating and utilizing multiple systems and software applications concurrently to efficiently manage tasks and workflows.
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, including strong executive presence and polished corporate demeanor, in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Models confident, effective communication and consistently represent the organization's values and standards.
  • Exhibits exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and deliverables, while consistently handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality in all professional matters.
  • Demonstrates the ability to balance multiple initiatives and effectively prioritize workload, while maintaining flexibility to support urgent business needs and requests.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing and distributing marketing materials, coordinating trade show logistics, and maintaining marketing databases.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and event planning.
  • Coordinate and schedule marketing meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update marketing metrics and reports, including website analytics, social media engagement, and campaign results.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and process invoices and payments.
  • Manage many details for executive leaders related to calendaring/scheduling, follow-up requests, travel-related planning, etc. simultaneously with low rate of error.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements for senior leaders, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and managing itinerary changes as needed.
