About The Position

Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance. Review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in systems administration or help desk operations
Experience with Windows administration, imaging, patching, and endpoint hardening
Experience using ITSM or ticketing tools and Active Directory user management
Ability to work on‑site at Port Hueneme, CA
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting DoD IT environments or software sustainment activities
Experience with backup and restore baselining, imaging tactical laptops, and GPO, O365, and Azure AD
Knowledge PowerShell scripting, networking fundamentals, and diagnostic tools
Security+ Certification
Network+, A+, or other relevant certifications
