American Cruise Lines is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual to support the development and coordination of training programs for our Maritime Training Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role will focus on coordinating the maritime training experience and creating training and assessment content. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, technical writing abilities, and a strong aptitude for translating operational procedures, knowledge, and risk points into effective training and assessment content. Experience with e-learning development and simulation training tools is strongly preferred. This candidate should demonstrate previous operations experience implementing procedures and identifying risk points. Prior instructional design experience, teaching, training, or educational program development experience is preferred. The ideal individual will be capable of working independently while collaborating with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure the training and assessment content and experience aligns with company standards and goals.
