Requirements

  • Experience with building a workforce planning and resource allocation application using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint to improve visibility into staffing and operational planning
  • Experience with writing information papers and concepts of operation (CONOPs)
  • Experience coordinating technology initiatives that require collaboration across technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders and supporting modernization efforts, operational improvements, or new technology implementations
  • Experience with bringing structure to complex efforts by helping teams establish priorities, manage competing requirements, and maintain momentum toward shared objectives and delivering clear communication, thoughtful planning, and building strong working relationships
  • Experience delivering reference-based and hands-on training to Department of War personnel
  • Experience with Department of War command structures, policy and formal documentation
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate technical meetings and working groups and analyze, research, assess, and organize technical data into cohesive and clear technical reports and presentations
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP Certification

  • Experience with unmanned system deployment
