Evaluate crane, forklift, and trailer capacity, reach, and access, along with fuel, shore power, berthing, storage, and road access, and record whether each is host operated, available to contractors, or must be brought by Fathom
Review host support agreements, range scheduling, and access processes with range staff and the government sponsor

Direct survey support staff and contractors during the survey phase
Plan and manage deployments of USVs, crewed support vessels, and payloads, and lead logistics on site from staging through launch, recovery, and return
Arrange sea and air transport, port and range access, host support, and local equipment such as cranes, forklifts, trailers, and fuel
