About The Position
Looking for candidates for the following maritime industry trades: Ship Fitter, Welder, Pipe Fitter, Electrician, Outside Machinist, HFC Mechanic, Sheet Metal Mechanic, Painter and Laborer. Ideal candidates must be able to read and interpret blue prints and shall possess the knowledge, skills and abilities required of the trade. Utilize appropriate trade methods and processes to complete assigned tasks. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ship Fitter, Welder, Pipe Fitter, Electrician, Outside Machinist, HFC Mechanic, Sheet Metal Mechanic, Painter and Laborer trades experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
- Possess the knowledge, skills and abilities required of the trade.
- Must be able to provide basic hand tools.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be eligible for a government security clearance.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must pass alcohol/drug testing.
- Must pass background investigations.
Nice To Haves
- Five years experience preferred.
