Requirements
- Previous construction experience
- Reliable and hardworking
- Provide your own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
- Pass background check and drug screen
Nice To Haves
- Previous restoration experience is a plus.
- More skills in trades like Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical will lead to more opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction tasks including drywall, painting, tiling, flooring, carpentry, and mechanical work.
- Work on projects ranging from small patch and paint jobs to complete home rebuilds.
- Focus solely on construction phases, not water mitigation.
