About The Position
River Valley Marine is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional who combines strong sales ability with a genuine passion for boating, lake life, fishing, watersports, cruising, and the marine lifestyle. This is not a transactional sales role. Our most successful sales professionals become trusted advisors to their customers and build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business for years. Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (marine, automotive, RV, powersports, luxury retail, or other high-ticket sales)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset and professional presence
- CRM experience preferred (LightspeedEVO experience is a plus)
- Valid driver's license required
- Passion for boating, fishing, watersports, or lake life strongly preferred

Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products
- Guide customers through a professional, consultative buying experience
- Help families and boating enthusiasts find the right boat for their lifestyle
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
- Develop expert product knowledge on boats, engines, electronics, accessories, and competing brands
- Follow River Valley Marine's proven sales process
- Maintain a premium showroom and inventory presentation
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers
- Participate in boat shows, customer events, demo days, and dealership promotions
- Deliver a high-end ownership experience aligned with the #RVPSExperience
