Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience preferred (marine, powersports, automotive, RV, luxury retail, or similar)
  • Proven success in commissioned or high-ticket sales environments
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to learn and present technical product information confidently
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Boating, fishing, watersports, or marine lifestyle experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license required

  • Guide customers through a professional, consultative purchase process
