About The Position

The Boat House of Three Lakes is seeking an experienced Marine Rigging Technician to join its energetic, fun, and customer-focused team. The position is based primarily at the Three Lakes, Wisconsin shop, with minimal travel to other locations as needed for specialized coverage. The Boat House Group is a Top 100 Dealer. The role involves marine rigging, aftermarket electronics installation, and repair. Candidates should bring 3–5 years of marine rigging experience and prior experience working with outboard and/or inboard motors. Pay depends on years of past marine service experience. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience installing aftermarket electronics on boats and performing repairs.
3–5 years of marine rigging experience.
Prior experience working with outboard and/or inboard motors.
Attention to detail.
Ability to listen intently to leadership directives and interpret a variety of communication styles.
Dedication to excellent customer service.
Positive attitude and genuine team-player approach.
Valid Florida driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the company’s insurer.
