Requirements

• Minimum Experience: At least [2-3] years of proven experience in marine canvas, upholstery, or a highly relevant skilled trade (such as carpentry, metal fabrication, etc.).
• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience operating industrial sewing machines is highly preferred. You should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with precision tools.
• The Right Mindset: You possess a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to reliability. You take personal pride in the quality of your work.

Nice To Haves

• While previous marine-specific experience is strongly preferred for the top pay tier, we are willing to train an exceptionally dedicated candidate with a strong mechanical background.
