About The Position
The Marina Attendand is responsible for delivering a high level of guest service while supporting daily operation of both marina and accommodation services. As a primary point of contact, this role ensures guests receive a positive and professional experience from arrival to departure while contributing to a safe, and well-maintained property while supporting administrative processes and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation system and standard software)
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service or similar experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Deliver guest service function in a professional and courteous manner
- Process moorage and accommodation reservations accurately
- Handle all payment transactions (cash, debit, credit) in accordance with company standards
- Ensure all moorage accounts are invoiced correctly and remain current
- Verify compliance with moorage agreements, including liability insurance requirements
- Monitor docks, marina areas and parking facility for safety and order
