About The Position

DecoArt is hiring for its new manufacturing weekend team at the Stanford Manufacturing Plant. Open positions include batchers, packers, machine operators, a material handler, and a maintenance technician. The regular weekend schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Employees assigned to this schedule receive a $2.00-per-hour manufacturing weekend shift differential for hours worked on the shift.

Training is scheduled to begin in November or December and will take place Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After training, employees will transition to the weekend schedule beginning Friday, January 8, 2027. Specialized positions may require additional skills or previous experience. The work is at 49 Cotton Avenue, Stanford, Kentucky 40484.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• A steady and consistent work history.
• Dependability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and assignments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful, proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A friendly, professional, and cooperative demeanor.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to stand and work for up to 12 hours per day.
• Specialized positions may require additional skills or previous experience.
