About The Position

Propelis has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker) in Appleton, WI. This is an entry-level role that requires no prior manufacturing experience. Propelis provides fully paid, on-the-job training in a team-oriented environment. The role offers the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of a unique manufacturing process in a climate-controlled environment. Two separate performance/wage reviews are offered within the first year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on individual performance. Requirements

No manufacturing experience required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Positive attitude
Willingness to learn
Ability to take direction and feedback
Attention to detail

Ability to work independently and on a team
Dependability
Flexible to work overtime
Lifting up to 65 lbs.
Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
Standing/walking for whole/majority of shift
Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts

Responsibilities
