  • Subsea cable splicing, potting, or custom wire harness fabrication experience.
  • Experience with hydrostatic test setups, pressure vessels, or high-pressure pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Current or previous IPC-A-610 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 certifications.
  • Experience in low-volume, high-mix manufacturing or prototype-to-production environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support pressure vessel assembly and testing as part of AUV integration.
  • Build, test, and integrate complex electrical and mechanical assemblies.
  • Execute subsystem end-of-line (EOL) tests according to established procedures and documentation.
  • Prepare, configure, and execute detailed test procedures to verify assembly performance.
  • Configure devices by flashing and loading specified software and firmware versions.
  • Support testing and integration activities to meet production requirements.
  • Perform incoming quality inspection testing on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and electronic circuits down to the component level.
  • Use digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, benchtop power supplies, and function generators to investigate electrical issues.
  • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Identify hardware issues and support corrective actions to maintain product quality.
  • Support the refinement, documentation, and continuous improvement of pressure vessel production and test processes.
  • Assist with testing and troubleshooting activities related to pressure vessel systems.
