- Ability to rotate between several departments to find the best match for your skills.
Responsibilities
- Learn to operate 30-ton stamping presses, then progress to troubleshooting and press setup.
- Become familiar with the processes of copper and tin plating, learn to operate a semi-automated strip plating line or mechanical barrel plating line. Opportunity to learn the fundamentals of water treatment, plating thickness testing, and chemical analysis.
- Start by working with machines to tap parts, insert screws, or cut continuous strip parts into loose pieces. Then develop troubleshooting and setup skills.
