About The Position
We’re hiring Manufacturing Technicians to join a fast-paced production environment where skill, precision, and problem-solving are valued every day. You will operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to ensure continuous production, and work with precision components through multiple stages of manufacturing. Maintaining quality standards and minimizing scrap are key aspects of this position, making you a vital team member in an environment that prioritizes safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as a machinist, mechanic, or manufacturing technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot, make adjustments, and think on your feet
- Pride in quality work and attention to detail
- A team-oriented mindset with a drive to grow your skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment/machinery
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery to keep production running strong
- Operate a variety of equipment within the Bullet, Brass, Hybrid Shell, Priming or Load/Pack manufacturing processes used to produce and package ammunition
- Work with precision components through multiple stages of manufacturing
- Maintain quality standards and minimize scrap
- Be a key player on a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement
