About The Position
Compunetics, Inc. is a manufacturer of state-of-the-art rigid and flexible circuit boards producing products from fast turn high tech multilayer circuit board prototypes to non-traditional, high density and high-speed interconnects which serve a wide variety of customer requirements. We’re hiring machine operators. The jobs are hands-on, the environment is high-tech, and the benefits are excellent. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment, good troubles shooting skills and the ability to follow directions, we’ll train you. You’ll operate a wide range of machines and equipment used in the printed circuit board manufacturing process. As a condition of employment, candidates MUST be a US Citizen. Compunetics is seeking an individual to perform visual & dimensional inspection of printed circuit boards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with measuring instruments and manufacturing tools
- Manual dexterity and Visual Accuity required
- Ability and proficiency working while viewing through a microscope
- US Citizen
Nice To Haves
- associate’s degree in technical field a plus
- Experience in the electronics industry a plus
Responsibilities
- Apply coverlay or strain relief material to flexible circuit boards
- Tack on coverlay with the use of a soldering iron
- Perform weekly housekeeping tasks
- Perform visual & dimensional inspection of printed circuit boards
