The Manufacturing Technician will perform various tasks related to component reconditioning, including engraving, buffing, grinding, polishing, touch-up grinding, and sandblasting. This role involves operating cleaning machines, small cranes, and forklifts, as well as performing quality checks and preparing documentation. The technician will also be responsible for reporting production time, carrying out maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment in compliance with EHS regulations. This includes proper waste handling and spill containment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of specific on-the-job training, and adherence to EHS regulatory training. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or maintenance environment is required, with preferred experience in specific manufacturing disciplines and technical drawing interpretation. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a focus on quality and teamwork are essential.
