About The Position

At Wolfspeed, you will oversee wafer production from inception to completion, working with engineers and stakeholders to achieve world class cycle times. You will work with a manufacturing execution system and multiple rep. Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time, wear full clean room attire, and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
  • The ability to multitask using multiple computer screens at the same time.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, as well as under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, and routinely qualify, equipment in various semiconductor process areas such as photolithography, etch, CVD, PVD, metrology, and others.
  • Perform logistic tasks such as wafer unpacking, releasing to process, and packing to be shipped.
  • Maintain a presence in the Operations Command Center.
  • Monitor and evaluate operating data to ensure optimized wafer movement in the fabricator.
  • May require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
