About The Position

Message from the Hiring Manager: There is a need for a Manufacturing Technician who can perform monthly preventive maintenance (PMs) and support machine changeovers both inside and outside the cleanroom. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform Equipment changeovers during production runs to ensure minimal downtime and maintain production efficiency. Schedule and perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities on a monthly basis to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability. Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment within cleanroom and general production areas. Support production line setup and assist with equipment adjustments to meet manufacturing requirements. Assist Manufacturing Engineers in developing prototypes, testing new processes, and creating tooling aids or fixtures. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High school diploma or GED required, techinical certification in Manufacturing, Mechanical Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a clean room setting. Experience performing equipment changeovers, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions. Requirements
