Ready to make an impact in a place where you matter? - Position Summary Demonstrate proficiency and regularly perform assembly duties for large, small, and long test balls, muni balls, tubes and inserts, test, and/or discrete products.

Requirements

  • Basic math, reading and writing skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery.
  • Ability to read blue prints.
  • Accuracy in measuring.
  • Decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic understanding of ISO9001 and LEAN.
  • Requires an advanced skill level with proficiency in five (5) areas. At least one (1) of these areas must be in Long Ball or Large Ball Assembly OR must be a trainer in multiple jobs OR have 100% proficiency in one of the following areas: Discrete, Autoclave, or I-series Large Ball Assembly.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability and willingness to train others preferred.
  • Computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and/or Assemble components according to SOP’s by reading, understanding and following procedures.
