This position is part of the Dispense Value Stream located in New Brighton, MN and will be On-Site. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to stand for the duration of an 8 hour shift
- Ability to follow written work instructions in English
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with microscopes
- Previous experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with Continuous Improvement
Responsibilities
- Following procedures
- Setting up and cleaning up machines
- Troubleshooting
- Documenting quality machinery entries
- Cross train associates
- Notifying supervisor regarding attention to discrepancies
- Operate various types of semi-automated dispensing machines to dispense formulated membranes on ceramic substrate boards.
- Pay attention to detail by following precise Standard Operating and Quality Procedures to dispense membrane layers
- Assemble sensor cassettes on a team using semi-automated machinery
