About The Position

This role is responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards, and contributing to production demands. The position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical drawings, and proficiency with tools and instruments. Flexibility in working various shifts and overtime is also necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience with operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Proven track record of adhering to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with manufacturing software and data entry.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
