About The Position

Lead Our Third-Shift Fabrication Team Step into a night where production hums, quality never sleeps, and your leadership sets the tone. As our Bilingual Manufacturing Team Lead on third shift, you’ll guide a crew of machine operators, assemblers, and production staff—coaching in both English and Spanish—to hit targets in safety, quality, accuracy, and throughput.

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish; capable of coaching and communicating in both.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and inventory management.
Experience using production scheduling tools or ERP systems.
Strong team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Quick problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent prioritization, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with a commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Leading a third-shift production team to meet output, quality, and safety goals.
Planning and assigning work by workload and priority; ensuring schedules are met.
Monitoring manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
Conducting routine equipment inspections and coordinating corrective actions.
Troubleshooting with maintenance and engineering to resolve technical issues.
Implementing and reinforcing safety protocols across the floor.
Maintaining accurate records: quantities, downtime, and material consumption.
Onboarding and ongoing training on safety, production techniques, and equipment use.
Collaborating with Quality and Logistics to ensure smooth flow and on-time delivery.
Driving continuous improvement and performing other duties to elevate operations.
