About The Position
ELRO Manufacturing is seeking a dependable and honest Fabricator experience or education in sheet metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas: Shearing: Ability to operate shearing equipment to cut sheet metal to specified dimensions. Folding: Proficiency in folding techniques to create bends in sheet metal as per design requirements. Press Brake Operation: Experience in setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal. Quality Control: Ensure material and dimensional accuracy according to specifications, with meticulous documentation. Safety: Adherence to strict safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment. Laser Operation: Experience or quick learner in laser cutting processes (desirable). CNC Router Operation: Experience or quick learner in CNC router operations (desirable).
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in metal fabrication are a plus.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or quick learner in laser cutting processes
- Experience or quick learner in CNC router operations
