About The Position

The Manufacturing Systems Specialist ensures enterprise and manufacturing applications consistently support production and business needs, with primary ownership of the DELMIAWorks/IQMS ERP environment, EDI flow, application security, and integrations. The role partners with IT and plant teams to keep systems stable, secure, and aligned with day-to-day operations. On a typical Monday–Friday onsite day in DeForest, the specialist reviews overnight system health and checks for stalled EDI activity or unusual application behavior. They investigate user-reported issues, validate fixes with IT, communicate status updates to manufacturing and business partners, document configuration changes, and maintain current records. They may also work with cross-functional teams to align priorities and plan and control production-impacting system changes. The role balances immediate support with longer-term system reliability work.

Requirements

3–5 years of end-to-end manufacturing experience.
1–3 years of experience with ERP, enterprise applications, or manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot DELMIAWorks/IQMS and related applications.
Monitor and support EDI transactions, including mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
Manage ERP users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
Support audits, compliance, and change control.
Drive root-cause analysis of system and integration issues.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Deliver end-user support and training.
Maintain system documentation and records.
Contribute to upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement.
Review overnight system health and check for stalled EDI activity or unusual application behavior.
