About The Position

The Manufacturing Systems Specialist ensures enterprise and manufacturing applications consistently support production and business needs. The role has primary ownership of the DELMIAWorks/IQMS ERP environment, EDI flow, application security, and integrations, and partners with IT and plant teams to keep systems stable, secure, and aligned with day-to-day operations. The position is full-time and onsite in DeForest, Wisconsin, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule. The role includes administering, configuring, and troubleshooting DELMIAWorks/IQMS and related applications; supporting EDI transactions; managing ERP access; assisting with audits, compliance, and change control; investigating system and integration issues; coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders; providing end-user support and training; maintaining documentation; and contributing to upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

3–5 years of end-to-end manufacturing experience.
1–3 years of experience with ERP, enterprise applications, or manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot DELMIAWorks/IQMS and related applications.
Monitor and support EDI transactions, including mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
Manage ERP users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
Support audits, compliance, and change control.
Drive root-cause analysis of system and integration issues.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Provide end-user support and training.
Maintain system documentation and records of configuration changes.
Contribute to upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement.
Review system health and investigate stalled EDI activity or unusual application behavior.
Communicate issue status and coordinate fixes with IT and manufacturing and business partners.
