Become a part of the “strength within.” Hescel is currently seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst for our Casa Grande, AZ, USA location. A successful manufacturing systems analyst will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and improving the systems and technology used in a manufacturing environment. The role will serve as a bridge between manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT.

Requirements

  • B.S. or B.A. from a four-year college or university preferred. Minimum of one year of experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to perform systems analysis and design, data analysis, programming and debugging.
  • Must be a team player, flexible, and adaptable with good written and oral communication skills.
  • U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.

Responsibilities

  • Update, maintain, and consistently apply established ERP system standards to facilitate costing, planning and execution of manufacturing operations including but not limited to: bills of material, labor standards, equipment standards, scheduling of resources, change management updates
  • Update, maintain, and consistently apply already established procedures for routing instructions related to change management.
  • Provide technical support for other departments related to ERP and supporting systems including but not limited to: investigations, reporting, updating / coordinating, capacity analysis, SMOG/inventory management
  • Develop Bills of Materials (BOM), process routings and PN configurations to meet customer expectations, considering safety, cost, quality, on-time performance, and inventory management
  • Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop system enhancements that reduce manual work and improve data integrity.
